1. General Requirements
1.1. Infantil Party Place does not
provide services for supervising children in the play area (nannies, caretakers). Staff members are
responsible solely for ensuring the safety of equipment and inventory located within the children’s
play area.
1.2. The service of staying in the play area is chargeable.
1.3. The playroom is
available for children aged 1 to 12. Children under 7 years old can visit the play area only with
their parents or accompanying adults (hereinafter referred to as Parents). Children with disabilities
are allowed to visit the playroom only with Parents.
1.4. Parents are solely responsible for
supervising their children in the play area and for complying with these Rules.
2. To ensure a child’s access to the play area, Parents must adhere to the following
requirements:
• Familiarize themselves with these Rules;
• Follow personal
hygiene rules;
• Ensure that the child’s physiological needs are met before entering the play
area;
• Immediately come to the play area in case of a situation requiring the Parent’s personal
presence;
• Supervise the child(ren) under the age of 7 while in the play area.
3. It is prohibited to:
• Enter the play area wearing outdoor or indoor
shoes and outerwear;
• Enter the play area under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Bring
children to the play area with visible signs of colds or infectious diseases;
• Bring any food
(including baby formula, snacks, candies, ice cream, chewing gum) or beverages (including water) to
the play area;
• Bring sharp or potentially dangerous objects (keys, watches, pins, knives, pens),
as well as any other items or accessories that may cause injury to others or damage to the play area
equipment;
• Leave children under 7 years old unsupervised in the play area;
• Climb on the
play structures from the outside, jump or push others on the play structures, climb over or hang on
the structures;
• Parents accompanying children are not allowed to use the play equipment (e.g.,
riding, jumping);
• Bring animals to the play area;
• Damage, break, or take toys from the
play area. If a child causes damage to the play area’s property, parents are responsible for
reimbursing the material costs in accordance with applicable laws. The behavior of guests and their
children in the play area must not disturb other visitors or staff of Infantil Party Place or pose a
threat to their life or health.
4. Safety Requirements in the Children’s Play Area:
4.1. Parents or legal
representatives of the child are responsible for the child’s safety. To avoid injuries, Parents must
ensure strict adherence to the instructions and requirements of Infantil Party Place staff.
4.2. It
is prohibited to use sharp or cutting objects or spray aerosols in the play area.
4.3. Visitors
must immediately inform staff of any equipment malfunctions in the children’s play area.
4.4. The
administration of Infantil Party Place reserves the right to deny access to the play area to any guest
who violates these Rules, without further explanation.
4.5. The administration also reserves the
right to deny access to the play area in cases of aggressive behavior by a child toward other
visitors.
4.6. The administration of Infantil Party Place is not responsible for the safety of
visitors’ valuable items, documents, or money, or for consequences related to violations of these
Rules or harm caused by third parties.
4.7. The administration may limit access to the children’s
play area if the number of children exceeds 20 at the same time.
