Thank you for choosing us! We are sincerely glad to see you and do our best to make your stay here as pleasant and cozy as possible. Here are a few simple rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) to keep our space comfortable for everyone.

The rules are binding on all visitors (accompanying persons) of the Infantil Party Place.

We inform you that video surveillance is carried out for your safety.

RULES FOR VISITING THE CHILDREN’S AREA

By purchasing an entrance ticket, visitors confirm that they are familiar with the rules of the visit and agree with them. Parents/accompanying persons are asked to purchase an entrance ticket only after they have read these rules of attendance, agree that all responsibility for the children lies with the parents and persons accompanying the children, as well as with other rules of the playroom.

The administration does not establish or verify the identity of the child; it does not check whether the person accompanying the child is his/her parent; it does not check the authority of the accompanying person; it does not provide childcare and minding services.

General terms:
– It is prohibited to leave children under 7 years of age unattended;
– The administration and staff are not responsible for possible accidents with visitors, except for cases caused by damage or malfunction of gaming equipment;
– We ask visitors not to leave their personal belongings (bags, gadgets, mobile phones, wallets, bank cards, etc.) unattended, because the administration does not provide services for the storage of personal belongings, and is not responsible for damage associated with the loss, theft of or damage to personal belongings of visitors, including valuables;
– The administration is not responsible for visitors’ valuables left in the cloakroom;
Please hand over all found items to the administrator. Found items are stored for one calendar month;
Please use the gaming equipment gently and carefully. In case of damage or destruction of property, the administration has the right to demand compensation for damage in full;
– Visitors are allowed to take photographs and make videos. By paying for the entrance, parents or persons accompanying the child agree to take photos of themselves and the child, as well as access to photos in the playroom’s social networks;
– Before visiting, the visitor undertakes to pay for services at the cash desk with the receipt of a cash receipt. Please keep the receipt until the end of the visit;
– We ask you to adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, maintain cleanliness and order, and use the property of the playroom carefully;
– Immediately inform the administrators if an accident has occurred or any dangerous circumstance (flooding, fire, violation of the rules of conduct, etc.) is detected, even if it does not affect you or your child;
– Leave outerwear and shoes in the cloakroom. You can only wear socks when in the playroom. Stiff and outdoor footwear, as well as bare feet, are unacceptable.
In case the children find themselves in an awkward situation (peeing, vomiting, etc.), parents must clean up after them, or pay for cleaning – EUR 30.
– Rules of conduct that a child needs to know
– The child should not leave the territory of the playroom on his/her own;
– If the child have any problems or questions, he/she should contact the administrator;
– The child should not show aggression towards younger children: offend, push them, etc.;
– In case of disputes, the accompanying person should teach the child to resolve them peacefully and ethically, and contact the administrator if it is impossible to solve the problem on their own;
– Warn the child about the possible danger in case of violation of the rules of the structures’ use;
– It is forbidden to ride down the slide: standing on feet, sliding on stomach, head first, as well as jumping or climbing the slide. When using the slide, make sure there is no other person at the end of the slide;
– Warn the child about the need to take care of toys, gaming equipment and property of the playroom.

Safety measures
– If adults accompanying children over 7 years old decide to temporarily leave the premises of the Infantil Party Place, they need to fill out a questionnaire and provide the administrator with contact information: name of the child, full name of the adult, contact phone number;
– If the child has signs of a cold or infectious diseases, he/she should refrain from visiting the playroom;
– Before visiting the playroom, the child should visit the toilet. Children unable to use the toilet on their own should wear diapers;
– The child’s clothes should not constrain him/her or interfere with his/her movements during the game, should not have potentially traumatic parts: pins, pendants, brooches, watches, glasses, badges, etc.;
– It is prohibited to take drinks, food, chewing gum, toys, valuables to the territory of the playroom.

In the play area, it is prohibited to:
– Leave children under 7 years of age unattended;
– Be with colds and infectious diseases;
– Be in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;
– Use fireworks and pyrotechnics;
– Enter the playroom in outerwear, with baby strollers, bicycles, carts, bulky bags and packages;
– Enter the service facilities without permission;
– Break, damage equipment, gear, toys, furniture and other property;
– Climb fences, parapets, decorations, supporting structures and other elements of the play area in general;
– Bring food, sweets, drinks; weapons of any kind, explosive and poisonous substances
– Let in animals.

RULES FOR RENTING SPACE
– The client is responsible for acquainting their guests and visitors with the rules for using the rented premises.
– You can only stay on the premises within the reserved time. One hour before the reserved time, you have the opportunity to prepare for the celebration, make necessary decorations, set the table, and welcome guests. After the reserved time has ended, you have 1 hour to calmly host guests, gather yourselves, and vacate the premises. Respecting other clients of Infantil Party Place, we kindly ask you to adhere to the reservation time.
– The client has the right to extend the rental service for an additional fee if the space is available during the desired time period.
– The client has the right to decorate the premises without causing any damage and by coordinating the decorations with the lessor in advance.
– The client has the right to bring their own food, after paying a fee of EUR 50 for this service. Consumption of food is allowed only in designated areas. Bringing food and drinks into the children’s play area is prohibited.
– Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at our bar in the Infantil Party Place for an additional fee. It is prohibited to bring any types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages without prior approval from the representatives of Infantil Party Place.
– You can only be on the territory of the gaming zone in socks; spare and/or street shoes must be placed in their designated area.
– Face painting services are prohibited throughout the entire premises of Infantil Party Place.
It is prohibited to bring animals, except in cases when it is coordinated with the representative of Infantil Party Place.
– Smoking, creating open flames, and otherwise posing a fire hazard, including lighting decorative “Fountain” candles, which may lead to false activation of fire smoke detectors, is prohibited.
– Intentional damage to premises (including the use of confetti explosions) and breaking existing gears in the premises is prohibited.
– The administration of Infantil Party Place reserves the right to demand compensation for any damage caused to the premises or equipment, or, if possible, request to repair the damage.
– The client has the right to freely use the rented premises in accordance with the intended purpose.
– The clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The administration of Infantil Party Place does not take responsibility for lost items.
– Children can only be on the territory of Infantil Party Place under adult supervision. Leaving children unattended is prohibited!
– The clients are responsible for the safety of their children and guests, as well as the consequences of their behavior.
– In the children’s area, it is allowed to be in socks only. You should ride down the slide face forward, keeping your feet together.
– It is forbidden to ride down the slide: standing on feet, sliding on stomach, head first, as well as jumping or climbing the slide.
– When using the slide, make sure there is no other person at the end of the slide.
– On the playground, it is prohibited to: wear shoes; chew gum, consume sweets and drinks (including water) and other food products; bring sharp objects (including necklaces, shoelaces) that pose a threat to the safety and health of children; climb or sit on protective barriers of the play area, lean over the barriers, jump on others; push, hit, kick, or otherwise harm other people; perform somersaults and rolls; damage or hang on the play area structures.
– Before paying for the service, the clients confirm that they have checked the information provided in the reservation and familiarized themselves with the internal rules of Infantil Party Place.
– When reserving the celebration venue, it is necessary to make a 100% prepayment for the rental of the venue, the entertainer, food orders, and other services.
– In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.
– In case of cancellation more than 48 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable, but it is possible to reschedule the booking for another available date and time within 1 calendar month from the moment of cancellation.
